A delivery fee is automatically calculated based on your location for all international orders via our courier partners DHL Express. The fee will be based on the order value and becomes more economical as the order value increases. So the more you order the less it costs on average per item to ship it to your door. 

Returns - Please click here to arrange a return. In this instance please understand that we will ask for you to cover the cost of the courier back to us. We will issue the exchange/return/refund once we have received the item and assessed its condition. Please note we have a 30 day returns policy from confirmation of delivery. Any returns post the 30 day period will not be honoured. 

Refunds - If you decide that you no longer want the item then please note we can only issue a refund if the item is unused. Please note we have a 30 day refund policy from confirmation of delivery.
